Cryogenic pump unit ANK (АНК) 10.20

INTENDED USE

ANK-VV-10.20 (АНК-ВВ-10.20) is designed for pumping liquefied air separation products (oxygen, nitrogen, argon) and natural gas.

The pump unit is used as part of gasification plants:

for filling cylinders and other buffer tanks of oil and gas, chemical, metallurgical, automotive industry;

in other processes where technical and medical gases are used.

ADVANTAGES:

1. After-warranty service.

2. There is no discharge of the product into the atmosphere during refrigeration, since the vapor-liquid mixture formed in this case is displaced from the cylinder group by the liquid product back to the reservoir via the "gas connection" pipeline.

3. The pump unit does not need to be purged after short idle periods between refueling of the batches of cylinders.

4. The losses of the cryogenic product are minimized, since by using the vacuum insulation of the cylinder group, heat flows from the environment are reduced.

5. The pump unit can work with horizontal and vertical cryogenic tanks.

OPTION 1: EXECUTION

By default, the output of the discharge line is to the right.

The left execution shall be stipulated in the technical order by the "Customer".

OPTION 2: SENSORS

TYPICAL CONDITIONS*

50% advance payment within 5 business days after the invoice;

50% advance payment within 3 business days after receiving notification of the availability of equipment for shipment.

Delivery time

45 business days after receiving the advance payment.

Change of delivery time

- possible due to late payment by the Buyer, as agreed by the parties;

The manufacturer reserves the right for early delivery of the products if the production happens in May or January.

EXW (Pskov) INCOTERMS-2010

Delivery costs (from Pskov, Russia) and insurance (if necessary) are paid by the Buyer.

12 MONTHS from the date of putting the equipment into operation,

but not more than 18 months from the date of shipment.

Before shipment, each pump shall be tested, the results of such tests shall be recorded in the documentation transmitted to the Buyer.

The warranty does not apply to quick-wear parts.

Service (post-warranty) shall be carried out at the Buyer's request, upon a separate service contract.

The manufacturer reserves the right to use the services of a third party to reduce the costs of the Customer (in case of considerable distance between the place of equipment operation and Pskov (Russia)).
